Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Of The Quality Of Generator Stator Winding Installation

The central task managed in engineering construction supervision is the goal programming on the project that is the control of investment, rate of progress, and quality goal of the project. The quality of the hydroelectric project, especially the project quality of the large-scale power station is very important. Once quality problems take place, the consequence is too ghastly to contemplate. The 4# generator of Lijiaxia power station adopts evaporate cooling method and its quality is particularly important. Because the difference between the 4# generating set and the first three ones, the installation quality of the stator winding concerns the whole quality of the 4# generator directly. Regarding quality control as the primary goal and using the fuzzy theory, the fuzzy evaluation model is set up in this paper. ①Analyzing the evolution of supervision system in our country and the supervision engineers how to develop the supervision task in the process of the project construction.②Summarizing the wide application of fuzzy mathematical theory in each field, especially in the engineering construction.③In this thesis, the fuzzy theory is applied in the quality control process of 4# generator stator winding installation in Lijiaxia power station firstly. There is good significance for the quality control of large-scale water conservancy hydroelectric projects both in theory and practical. It offered a kind of new thought and method in the hydroelectric construction in the future.④The key of quality control to stator winding installation with fuzzy theory is to set up factor gather and weight gather. The main factor of this process is the installation of orientation stick, as its weight number is bigger than others. In the whole quality control process for the generator stator winding installation, the orientation stick installation is very important. We have carried out fuzzy evaluation synthetically.⑤The operation result indicated that the stator stick's cooling temperature well met the designing requirement, and it proved that the fuzzy synthetically evaluation for the generator stator winding installation is reasonable.
