Now the electric power system has been in a new age with large transmission network , large capacity sets and advanced servomechanisms . The generator set with no less than 300MW power has become the main set in our country. After 1980S , even though many companies which manufacture generators have made a rapid development on manufacturing technique of air-cooled turbogenerator by studying independently or cooperating with foreign companies , there is a prodigiouss gap between domestic and overseas companies on the level of designing and manufacturing turbogenerators , especially for the air-cooled turbogenerators . In order to keep up with the advanced technical level abroad and coordinate with the industrial policy in our country, the air-cooled turbogenerator with large capacity must be developed.Product quality is an important assurence for reliability and security of large capacity generator. So how to control and improve the quality of generator has meaningfully realized benifit during manufacturing process . Jinan Power equipment Factory has used ALSTOM' s technique and prepared to manufacture the 330MW air-cooled turbogenerator . It has broken the traditional type of cooling and adopted converse air circulation cooling. Now the capacity of 330MW air-cooled turbogenerator is the biggest in the factory and also in our country. We will meet with a great variety of difficulties and challenges during manufacturing process. Little manufacturing experience can be used for reference. Because the program is divided into stages , the finished product of generator rotor will be imported and the generator stator will be made in our factory. The quality controlling of the stator will be the priority target during manufacturing process . The paper has applied fuzzy theory and built mathematical model to fuzzy appraise , also carried through fuzzy and integrative appraise.
