| Wind energy generation system and high voltage DC stand-alone power supply system of aviation and tank have presented new demands for induction generator. A new type of induction generator system, dual stator-winding induction generator is presented for these demands. This generator is different from traditional induction generator, there are two sets of separated windings embedded in the stator slots: One, referred to as three-phase power winding, which supplies power to the DC load via a three-phase uncontrolled bridge rectifier, and the other, called control winding, which compensates reactive current to keep power winding DC side voltage constant when speed varies or load changes.Dual stator-winding genetation system can work under the variable speed condition, but its output three-phase voltage frenquency changes according to the drive speed and load. In this case, this system is more suitable with a load of three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier. It can be used in High-Voltage DC variable-speed wind energy generation system. It also can be used in the stand-alone power supply system.In this paper, the basic principle of dual stator-winding generation system is described. And the simulation model of dual stator-winding induction generator system is established by MATLAB. Secondly, a digital control system is designed based on MC56F8346 DSP. The control system is applied on the 700W/160V dual sator-winding sampling motor successfully. At the same time, the research about the control strategy has been done in detail and in depth. The control strategy base on space vector pulse modulation (SVPWM) is proposed in this paper. The experiment results show that under the control of SVPWM, the dual stator-winding generation system has both good static performance and dynamic performance. |
