According to hydrogen pressure vessel and non-heat pressure vessel of power supply corporation in chongqing electric net as research object , applying exoterica analyse and physical chemistry test to hydrogen pressure vessel and non-heat pressure vessel and carrying through the safety performance evaluation and analyse and research of test .Basing on exoterica analyse and result of experiment , workouting a set of test measure and manage system be same with the safety performance evaluation of hydrogen pressure vessel and non-heat pressure vessel .The study work and constituted test measure and manage system may improve the safety manage level of non-heat pressure vessel of power supply corporation .It can avoid casuing vessel exploding or cracking accident .It can insure electric power worker safety .It is foundation of acquiring the most safety economic benefits .This essay has touched upon the following work:This essay analyse and summarize the main reason of air pressure vessel invalid. According to specific character of research object, via much study work, analyzing many cases of non-heat pressure vessel invalid and combining test result in electric power industry .It analyse and summarize the main reason of hydrogen pressure vessel of electric power plant.This essay carry out crazing performance test of hydrogen causing material .It test influence of hydrogen to material in vary hydrogen concentration condition .The influence is correct test evidence.Research of NDT technique's usage. Carried out many practical test, places emphasis on studying how to inspect tunnel body's wall thickness of pressure vessel, whether pressure vessel has material quality defect and hydrogen brittleness, also check the property, geometrical characteristic and dimension of potential defects. According to the found unreasonable defect in pressure vessel, the emphasis of security assessment can be put on the specific position of defect. Research on use fire or not in electric power plant. Through exoterica analyse or test validate in practice, worker can use fire to polish outside hydrogen pressure vessel.This essay has achieved the following findings via its research: After theoretical analysis and experimental study, provided theoretical principle for assessment and regulation of the hydrogen gas pressure vessel's failure;For the first time, given out non-thermodynamic test and assessing method of pressure vessel, and non-thermodynamic supervision and administration method of pressure vessel's safety performance;By studying whether tinder can be used in hydrogen gas station of power plant, it can be confirmed that in case of taking measures tinder can be used, provided theoretical principle for amending safety regulations henceforth, and brook the rule of "NO USING TERDER" in hydrogen gas station;For power company of ChongQing province, compiled the non-thermodynamic test and assessing method of pressure vessel, and non-thermodynamic supervision and administration method of pressure vessel's safety performance, which has been applied to production practice and taken effect.
