Nowadays,the energy industry is in high demand,and the concept of development has been transformed into green,coordinated and sustainable development,which has changed the original development thinking that ignores the ecological environment.Nuclear power energy has once again received widespread attention due to its clean,low-carbon and high-efficiency characteristics.In order to improve the organizational safety management performance of the main control room of a nuclear power plant,this paper mainly makes the following research:First of all,in order to establish an organizational safety management performance evaluation index system,this paper summarizes the behavior forming factors involved in the classic human factor reliability method based on a literature review,and refers to other related documents to theoretically establish an organizational safety management performance evaluation system.On this basis,design questionnaires and distribute them to nuclear power plant operators,calculate the relative importance based on the results of the questionnaires,issue expert questionnaires to experts in the field based on the calculation results,select indicators,establish the main control room of the nuclear power plant,and finally organize safety management performance evaluation Index system,the evaluation system is divided into three first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators.Secondly,in order to determine the weight of each indicator of the organizational safety management performance evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of the first-level indicators and their corresponding second-level indicators.In order to take the mutual influence factors between indicators into consideration,the DEMATEL method is used to calculate all the two indicators.The weight of the level indicator.The weights of indicators are given from different angles to facilitate performance evaluation.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced,combined with the previous establishment of the nuclear power plant main control room organization safety management performance evaluation index system,and the index weight determined by the analytic hierarchy process,respectively,the evaluation model is established for the first-level indicators,and then the second-level is calculated for the DEMATEL method The weight of the indicators establishes a comprehensive organizational safety management performance evaluation model.In order to verify the validity of the model,a sensitivity analysis was performed on the model.Finally,the established organizational safety management performance evaluation model of the main control room of nuclear power plants is used to carry out an example analysis,and suggestions for improvement of the operating conditions are put forward.The results show that the model can achieve an effective evaluation of organizational safety management performance.
