With the rapid development of intelligent building, structured cabling system has a wider and wider application in intelligent building. At present, the shop drawing design of structured cabling system generally make use of common drawing software like AutoCAD. The design process of shop drawing does not fully make the advantage of highly-speed calculate of computer and it need too much work and it has lower efficiency. For pace with the highly-speed development of construction technology of structured cabling system, improving the quality and efficiency of structured cabling system design, extensive application of CAD technology and optimization theory in intelligent building structured cabling system design, the dissertation focuses on optimization design of intelligent building structured cabling system CAD shop drawing and brings forward the method and compiles the program and carried it out through AutoCAD.This dissertation introduces the status quo of structured cabling technology and the application of CAD technology in the field of structured cabling, describes the shop drawing design contents of structured cabling subsystem, introduces the application status quo of optimization algorithm in CAD shop drawing of structured cabling system. This dissertation discusses how to apply "The Shortest Path Algorithm of Improved Dijkstra" to structured cabling systems design in detail, describes the method of optimization algorithm for shop drawing cabling route of structured cabling subsystems in detail, describes the developing method of drawing the cabling route of structured cabling system CAD shop drawing by computer automatically.Through studying, this dissertation brings forward the application theory of "Optimization Place Choice" which optimization design the most important parts of structured cabling systems, such as computer room , cross connections closet and equipment room etc. This dissertation brings forward the method which use "The Shortest Path Algorithm of Improved Dijkstra" to choose the optimization route of structured cabling system. By the algorithm, the optimization route of all horizontal subsystem routes can be chose.Through studying, this dissertation further development of AutoCAD 2002, using Visual LISP compiles some new AutoCAD menus, using Visual LISP compiles some new AutoCAD programs for shop drawing design of structured cabling systems. Theprograms achieve the optimization route drawing that from floor distributor to room input points and from room input points to information outlets by computer automatically. The programs can improve the quality and efficiency of designers, shorten design periods.The methods that carry out second development of AutoCAD 2002 and apply optimization theory for structured cabling system exploits a new studying field in structured cabling system.
