E-Manufacturing is a kind of manufacturing pattern which can organize the mutually supplementary manufacturing resources to meet customized market demands rapidly and provide high quality service. With the development of networked manufacturing, workshop floor production control plays a more and more important role in manufacturing. Virtual enterprises not only require control inside production via infranet/LAN,and specially require the distant cooperative production control among ally -companies via Internet/Infranet/LAN, which lead to effective share allies' manufacturing information, resources and technologies, and can quickly enhance their abilities of enquipment and manufacturing without investing a great deal in NC devices. Then, enterprises can strengthen the ability of self-adaption and improve their own flexibility, agilely responsing to outside environment. In order to achieve the goal, researching on constructing reasonable and feasible workshop floor production control system architecture and key technologies in the distributed, different architecture and networked manufacturing environment is much required.Internal and external manufacturing patterns and its relative technologies are analyzed. Combining computer, commucation, network and the development trend of workshop floor production control pattern, an architecture of workshop floor production control is constructed,which has three layers centring CORBA platform , constructing network integrated layer charactered by management and control integrated and distributed to support the whole net communication, applying CORBA and Agent technologies to integrate these existing production control information, resources and application services inside workshops and on the basis of the two above layers, establishing application services floor to provide production control applications integrated to complete not only inside production control, and specially the remote cooperative production control among allies. In this layer, two key applications of workshop floor production control are designed,DNC system based on DNC integrated and device Agent technologies, and remote service Agent based on SOAP to support allies to implement remote cooperative production control.Based on the constructed architecture,some main key technologies to support the workshop floor production control are deeply researched, Agent pattern of information integrated model, DNC system integrated and device Agent technologies for inside device integrated control, and further research on the remote service Agent based on SOAP to support allies remote cooperative production control, especially focusing on its function,work mechanism and cooperative pattern. Moreover, the operation schema and the function pattern of remote cooperative production control among allies are researched.Finally, based on the application of Chong Qing Science Committee project, the demonstration enterprise information application project of Jiangjin Turbocharger Plant(6901-01), the system architecture and key technologies have been applied.
