On the study of earthquake-resistant structure with friction dissipatior these years, the nonlinear static procedure is overviewed and adopted to estimate the response of the structure. The modal pushover method which is proposed by Anil K. Chopra is used to analyze a ten stories reinforced concrete frame. After this study, some problems are stated. Some new profiles of friction dissipatior are proposed these years, and then the performances of these profiles are studied. The result charts of large deformation of these profiles illustrate that a rather large different hysteretic curve due to different profile. The nonlinear static procedure is proposed in many literatures and reports to design and estimate the performance of structure. This paper summarizes the procedures and presents the full modal load procedure. The new concept is adopted in this analysis and makes a comparison between the full modal load and lateral ones. This paper overviews the models used to mode the reinforced concrete beams and columns. The fiber model which is gradually prevailing in study of aseismic structures is described in detailed, and this model is used to analyze the ten stories frame.OpenSees is a new platform for aseismic research. It's an open systems for every one. In order to analyze this structure, the Tcl language is used to form a new program for constructing the ordination reinforced concrete frame. Time is saved by using this program.
