KJDT Monomer Shore Airproof Quality Measure System

This paper introduces the KJTJ instrument to check and measure single shoring sealing quality mainly composed with sensors, intelligent controller commucationa interface, computer,printer,and other exterior devices. The idea and theory of this design, the method to realize of many single shoring accurately, timely and flexibly.It has the functions of data colletion,data transmission,data record,data recheck, alarming and so on, so the problem of equal stated, frequent measure needed on the spot were settle.The hardware design principle of the circuit,parameter selection,software design,flow chat of program and the process of experiment as well as debugging were explained in this article,schematic diagram and program list are given in the end.This design forms a set of intelligent system to measure the single shoring sealing quality.It blaze a way for the modernization of shoring measure ,and make users measure the capability of shoring quantitatively,so the quality of single shoring to the mine is improved.
