Flight activity is a high-risk activity, which is directly related to the safety of passenger and property, and it is beyond the scope of human perception. In order to effectively assess the performance of the flight direct, learn lessons, find cause of the accident and for some other reasons, we need to record the whole process of flight direct. Because ATC information has many kinds, the volume is very huge, and real-time performance is very high, the requirements for data collection, compression, storage are very strict. So conventional methods and equipments can not meet the requirements of the recording air traffic control data, we need to develop a dedicated recording and replaying system.I had joined in the "XXX air traffic control system" project of navy. Because the requirements for recording flight track data, flight information, seat vision, voice data and control commands are different, I analyzed all kinds of data in-depth and proposed solutions. On this basis, I design and implement a recording and replaying system. It can accurately, integrally record and replay all ATC flight track data, information data, seat vision data, network data, voice data and control commands. And it can replay recorded data according to the time and manners set in advance and can meet the requirements of air traffic control system. It proved the feasibility of the data recording technologies. And the research results had important theoretical and practical value.The main work done as follows:1. I had proposed a hardware-independent and platform-independent solution to record screen vision, it using frame difference detection and compression technology, and it having such features: high speed, small data volume, real-time playback, implementing remote monitoring and replaying clearly. The method solved the problem of recoding seat vision;2. According to air traffic control information operation code, I had proposed a three-level mechanism to storage ATC information data, ensuring the consistency of data in memory, disk file and database. The mechanism can both guarantee the durability of data storage, security, and ensure the use of real-time information data. And it had solved such problems: many kinds of data need be recorded, the volume is very huge, and it is very difficult to record and query recorded data;3. I had proposed a integral ATC data recording scheme. And on the basis, I had designed and realized the ATC data record and replay system. The practical result shows that the air traffic control system can meet the demand for flight data recording and replay.
