Summarizes the development of high-speed railway. In addition, introduces the key technologies of the car of high-speed train. The key technologies include lower the weight and body material. According to the structure of foreign high-speed car body, the aluminum alloy car body with a reasonable bearing weight structure which is suitable for development of our country is designed.According to the characteristic of aluminum alloy car body, analytical model is made. The main structure stress of the car body is particularly analyzed; the reasonable structure of car body is proved. It is analyzed and calculated under vertical load case, lengthwise stretch load case, lengthwise compression load case, air pressure power load case, operating load case. Result shows: the structure distortion harmonize, strength-weakness positions represent local stress focus. Solve the problem of stress focus by reducing sharp corners or locally supplying strength. The improvement suggestion on the design is based on the finite element calculation.The strength and the rigidity of design structure were fulfilled. Then, high-speed car body was optimized. (1) Car body stands in quite identical stress level by decreasing the thickness of plates, ameliorating structure and so on in strength affluence position under the cases;(2) Alters the section materials of car body in order to lose weight. The car body was optimized in structure with this optimum method, with the lightest weight of the car body bearing structure as the object, with the thickness of the main member section material on the car body as the variant, with the strength, rigidity and technology condition as the restraint. Through the optimization analysis, the lighting design parameters of main plates in the car body bearing structure are obtained and the rationality of optimization scheme are proved.
