The measuring capability of FOG is influenced by temperature. The drift and measurable gene of FOG become unstable when the surrounding temperature change, so the measuring precision of FOG will debase. Because some important components of FOG are very sensitive when temperature change, it is a difficult problem that FOG can realize manufacture. Aimed at a practical engineering project, the paper completes the establish of mathematics model of temperature field and the design and realization of the multi-channel temperature control system based on DSP.The first paper introduce basic principle of FOG and the mathematics model of temperature field. It also give the simulant result .FOG is introduced. The paper majors in designing the hardware and software of the multi-channel temperature control system based on DSP. The hardware can be divided into several parts. It includes (1)the sample and amplify of temperature signal (2) the realization of power circuit (3) DSP and peripheral equipment. Peripheral equipment includes(1) interface circuit of DSP with AID and D/A (2) decoding and reset system (3)BOOTLOAD circuit.On the hardware of mainboard, the software of system are completed by assemble language and C language. It includes(1) interface software of DSP with A/D and D/A (2) the design of control algorithm (3) BOOTLOAD software.Under the characteristics of system ,the design and realization of multi-channel temperature control system ,filed model and simulation experiment of temperature field of FOG, the design of control algorithm have innovation.In the experiment, the system works stable, The result of Experiments indicate that the system is fast in control speed and accurate in control precision. It will be the basic of practical project.
