This equipment tally with the related technique qualification of the Railway Ministry about wheelset press fit of railway passenger and freight car.This device can fulfill the press fitting double ends of wheelest and brake disc at the same time, and controlling the position deviation of the wheelset, disc and the inside distance of the two wheelset to attain the range of the criterion, and produce the data of wheelset-press fit simultaneously. The control system have functions of wheelset-press fit, position measured, curve-record, printout, tracking the record of pressed curve to a whole, and having the capable of judging automatically whether the curve is up to grade. The data is reality, nicety, credibility, the style of curve-record accord with the vehicle-standard-51 of the Railway Ministry. It has data-transmitted function with HMIS system, and shares the data of wheelset-pressed. This equipment has been already used in Zhengzhou RailwayBureau Zhengzhou Roling Stock Wheel-Axle Depot and passed technology qualification, and obtained favourable effect in both technic and economy.
