Based upon the electric users of industrial enterprise, how to make their self-advantage fully exerted and make more contributions to the coropration economy's long-run development is the problem that currently the enterprise's policy-makers must delve to study and solve. How to make the current energy-saving and pollution-controlling methods do their maximum effects, find out the enterprise's optimum electricity-utilizing structure; and make it not only adapt to the strategic demands of the coropration economy's development, i.e. trying their best to save electricity and protect environment, but also to the great extent save cost and pay attention to benefit to mainain the enterprise's long-range, healthy and coordinate development, this is also the problem that this article tries to solve.Surrounding above problems, this thesis constructs two charters(charter one an- d charer two)to demonstrate, analyse and slove these problems ; uses one chater (charter three) to describ how to implment decision support system(DSS)of saving power ; gives one charter (charter four) to demostrate a case of saving power of an enterprise ;and make use of one charter(charter five) to sum up the whole article.In chater one, on the basis of available domestic and overseas documents , the paper presents many dissertations about meaning and development of saving power ; through comparasion of saving power and demanid demand side management(DSM) , points out direction of saving power. Then, the paper introduce the development of DSS , gives defmation of DSS about saving power , and prensents the meaning of the paper.In charter two , first, the article constructs a suite of comprehensive norm system to judge whether the electric users's saving power is suitable to the economy's strategic demands;second , presents a suite of decision support system mathematics model that can be used in the computation of consuming power energy , economical estimation and economial comparasion ;finally, by way of using method of DSM and electrical planning , fabricates optimization model of saving power . This model integrates derect benefits and inderect benefits to achieve optimum solution under the condition that the current project objections of saving power and limitation of investment is known.In charter three, the dissertation fully analyses demands of decision-making people , brings forward frame , database , function module and flow chart of DSS of saving power , and implement analysis of DSS of saving power in detail.In charter four, we give a case of saving power of a enteprise .In the case , there are illumination, electromotor refrigeration and transformer which are analysed to form a condition -demanded project. Finally, the dissertation summarizes the whole article , andpresents a expection that there are many problems to be solved.These summing-up and expection presents themselves in charter five...
