Study On Landscape Construction Of Resource-conserving Settlements

With the advancement of industry technology and the development of international economy, the wastage of energy in each country becomes higher and higher, the demand of world's energy in creases at the rate of 2% each year. Lt is indicated by the Iong-term forecast on the consumption of world's energy that the consumption of energy in 2050, in which the energy consumed by construction occupies11%一25% of the total energy wastage, will reach four times of that in l975.In the course of the settlements construction in China, the energy-expending occupies over 20% of the total energy wastage in city, the water-expending occupies 32% of the city water-consuming, the land-using occupies 30% of city construction land-using. Although policy have been taken, our current study on resource-conservation settlement often focus on energy-saving measures in the building monomer. For how to reduce resource and energy consumption and how to reduce the load on the environment , through the landscape planning or the latter management of resources in the process of building houses , there is no in-depth study.Article notes that landscape construction of resource-conserving settlements related factors in the analysis of resource-saving settlements-related concept; In accordance with requirements on the saving of soil, water, energy, materials and money , Article summarizs the main points of the operational techniques; at last article concludes with landscape construction solutions of savings-type settlements.(1) first, I read literatures to understand the research situation at home and abroad ,which lay a solid foundation for my research; Through reading lots of books related energy-saving, eco-friendly residential green landscape planning , I summed up and concluded in concept and characteristics in the landscape of modern resource-saving settlements; Lase I proposed landscape construction of residential area is now facing a series of waste of resources, and I pointed the urgency of study on the subject .(2)Through collecting residential landscape construction-related literature and summarizing the previous methods of landscape design, last I determined the study methods and perspectives.(3) On basis of the theoretical analysis, exploring principle of the landscape construction of resource-saving settlements and extracting the factors that can save. And then following the saving of soil, water, energy, materials and money, summing up the method can be implemented in process of Landscape construction.(4) Research results will be applied to the Golden Pond in Hefei, and some possible savings -design and measures in process of landscape construction will be ummarized.(5) Focusing on the implementation of The final results, based on four aspects of the rule of law, conservation awareness, system of research and public participation, to make specific approach to development.
