The construction-of the water resources and hydroelectric project is a complicated and huge system engineering, which requires high technologies and is restricted by natural conditions, numerous uncertain factors exist, It is an important means to adopt the technology of the computer simulation and visualization design in the course of designing and constructing. Along with the development of science and technology of the computer, it becomes possible to finish the work on the persona computer, which can only be done on the expensive workstation in the past.The diversion planning is one of the key taches that run through the designing, construction, even running of Water resources and hydropower engineering. As to large-scale hydroelectric project, it's a subject deserving to further investigation to reasonablly perfect the design and site management, by the help of modern computers technologies according to the existing design and project program in the course of designing and construction. Regarded as an important branch of the simulation technical development of the computer, the study and application of computer graphics at the constructions of water resources and hydroelectric project play a more and more important role. In this dissertation, relied on the project of XiangJiaBa, proceed from the characteristics of water resources and hydroelectric project, we have gone on the study of construction diversion dynamic visualization combine with computer graphics technology, GIS theory and construct diversion theories. In this paper, we want to reflect the relationship of rivers and buildings from the angles of graphics in the course of construct diversion, and achieve the dynamic browsing of static process about the project of XiangJiaBa in different construction conditions. In the course of study in this article, we have tried our best to hold the close connection among theories, the technological means and research purpose, expatiated the key problem from the method of the graphics exploiture, the tools about graphics exploiture, the course of graphics realization and project fact, discussed some issues that adapt to the characters of the water resources and hydroelectric projects construct simulation, such as AutoCAD secondary exploiture, 3DS Max cartoon simulations, digital topographical technologies and graphics exploiture with OpenGL, etc.
