Switched Reluctance Drive system is a novel AC driving system. It has a simple structure. It is robustness, low cost, reliability. Also it has a high efficiency in a wide speed range. But its wide application is restrained for its vibration and noise. (The reason of SRM's vibration and noise is that it has a doubly salient structure and a pulse current in its winding, all this cause the radial force fluctuate with the position of rotor, the latter causes stator core to vibrate. Thus noise is generated. Especially when the rotor poles rotate to the turn-off angle position, the excitation current is cut off, the radial force suddenly reduces to 0. This causes stator core to vibrate intensively and generates a loud noise.) This paper do a research on this problem. According to its theory, a novel tooth pole structure is developed in this paper, which in most working condition can lower SRM's noise. The test result approve this.Through the calculation result of FEM shows that under the novel tooth pole structure,the radical force reduced greatly and approve its distribution along the stator. The radical force'fluctuate is also reduced.All this reduced the SRM's vibration and noise.Meanwhile the static torque is a little reduced for the groove on the rotor poly's surface.But it's reduce is slate.It has little influence on SRM's efficiency.The SRM because of the saturation of its magnetic circuit cause parameter nonlinear,under different control method it' parameter changes.All the above causes the SRM very diffucult to control.The classic control method such as PI or PID applied to SRM' control can't get ideal affect.Other control method such as can reach ideal affect but they are complex and hard to do.Otherwise,intelligent control method such as fuzzy logic control ,it doesn't need to know the Mathematics model of the controlled object.This is most suitable to SRM which is hard to Establish mathematics model.Fuzzy logical control is relative simple and easy to do.But the normal Fuzzy logical controler'paramater is fixed,it can't reach ideal affect especially when applied to SRM' control.In order to get ideal affect,the self-adaptive fuzzy logical control is needed.In this paper a self-organization Fuzzy logical controller with correction factor is applied to SRM's control,through on-line adjust parameter use simplex accelerates optimization algorithm ,it can reach the optimal affect.
