This dissertation is devoted to the study on permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system in electric vehicle (EV) application, which include three aspects as below:1. According the loading of EV running conditions, the i_d=0 strategy has been used in current control. being aimed at improving the dynamic performances of EV driver in the complex running conditions of EV motor, a new velocity controller has been adopted, witch uses the capability of fuzzy logic in handling uncertain information and hold the PI speed controller, updating the output of the speed controller real time.2. A DSP-based full-digital vector control inverter for PMSM used in EV has been developed, which contains the software and hardware design.(1) hardware system which rated capacity is 75kW has been developed :1)the design of high-power main circuit 2) the design of control circuit based on DSP TMS320LF2407A.(2) the realization of arithmetic of vector control for PMSM based on fuzzy controller, which including:1) In order to restrain the influence of the back EMF in current control loop, and avoid the problem that the dynamic response overshoot caused by increasing the parameter of PI controller, a separated integral PI controller has been adopted.2) realizing the fuzzy velocity controller designed in the paper.3) Voltage using efficiency of accumulator in EV has been improved by the design and realization of software SVPWM, and the harmonic of modulate voltage has been decreased.3. The experiment has been done for the driver which design in this paper. Result of experiment give the proof of the performance of the driver reaches the request of design.
