Hybrid Electric Vehicle is a new type vehicle combinated by traditional ICE(Internal Combustion Engine) and pure electric-vehicle. It has the power performance which ICE has, and low gas-let which pure vehicle has. so HEV is the transition to deal with energy-saving and environment-safeguard.The performance of fuel economy and gas-let is correlative with parameter matching of driving system and control strategy on the road. This paper analyses the different drive type of HEV based on the basic structure model of vehicle driveline. established the mathematic model of main ECU(Electric Control Unit) of HEV. Then bring forward the fuzzy-logical control strategy for the energy distribution. based on analyses electric-assitant control strategy. The backward-simulation method is adopted in the whole vehicle. then integrating the main model established by the structure of driving system. the ADVISOR2002 platform is used, which is based on MATLAB/SIMULINK software.finally the performance of power and fuel economy are simulated at different driving cycle.At the end, the application of CAN(Control Area Network) on the vehicle is studied. using the simulate environment—CANoe.then simulating the flux-load and wrong-tolerate of CAN-bus on the vehicle. The result of simulation shows that CAN-bus is a good choice in HEV communicate controls.This research will help to shorten the developing time, offer reference to system design, control strategy and evaluation of vechicle performance.
