Because of the simplicities, dependability, wide adaptability and cheap cost, pneumatic technology is widely applied to all kinds of automatic environments; It is the focus that nowadays the industrially developed country studies too. The degree of adopting pneumatic technology has already become one of the important signs which has been weighed a national engineering level.The knowledge of machinery, computer, electric, automation and fluid fields, etc., is applied comprehensively in the text, to make a relatively deep reservation on the pneumatic figure oriented control system. The article analysis the traditional pneumatic control system and points out some deficiencies in it: the system's structure complexity and high costs, and because of gas's character of compression, air cylinder frictional force, low rigidity, non-linear of valves mouth, etc. bringing some influences of precision, then proposes the design of the pneumatic figure oriented control system that combining PLC and strategy of figure control. The article discusses successively that figures oriented systematic composition and overall conceptual design, the study of mathematics modeling of the control system, the analyses of driver circuits of stepping motor, the design of PLC controlling programmer, in virtue of the MCGS configuration software to finish designing the function emulation of the pneumatic figure oriented control system on the computer.the pneumatic figure oriented control system, which this text put forward, is directed against in the occasion with relatively abominable( high temperature, high pressure) environment mainly, adopting stepping motor to regulate valve to replace the traditional control components, reducing the course and the cost of controlling system, at the same time, reaching certain precision too. In addition raise to some extent in dependability, anti-interference ability, the whole system has better feasibility.
