The heavy tamping, always called dynamic consolidation, since 1970s it is worked in China, has a wide spread in short time. In the dozens years of application, it has been wide used in the Architecture Engineering, Irrigation Works, and Road Engineering. It achieves nicer effect and benefits. Then about the heavy tamping and how to estimate the consolidation effect index of the heavy tamping permutation in an effective way, there are so many research results. But some of them are very complex that they can t direct the heavy tamping design in a good way. Other sides there are so little research result about how to deal with the testing data, which has a great number about the effect of the consolidation. Especially the trait of the soil under the function of the impact has extremely little research in theory and experimentation. So far, the heavy tamping method still doesn t have a rigorous analyzed method in theory. As the result, it can t be used in exact calculation and quantitative forecast in the design, then it can but depends on the experience. For the sake of assuring the quality of the project, it must pass the locale test in order to have an exact detection and inspection for the impact of the construction. Therefore, the locale test comes to be the most important segment in the groundsill disposal.The author of the text does a lot of testing in idiographic project practice in several years, which aim at the flat plate static load test, the dynamic sounding test, the rayleigh wave test and so on. The author always put up a lot of detailed contrast under so many testing methods. The text tries to dispose the data in several methods in order to achieve the collectivity understanding about the effect of the concretion that is a monomial heavy tamping project. Also it can further recognize the efficacy of the strong-ram, checkout the dependability of the data, consult for the design.
