The Research Of Induction Heating And Starting Way

The induction heating appliance of thyristor have been widely used in industry because of its high efficiency , easy control and no pollution .But nowadays most of the induction supplies are used in industrial cooking. They have low efficiency ;as a result , they cannot meet the requirement of modern production . In this paper , the starting issue for thyristor - based constant-power Medium-Frequency induction heating Power Supply , is studied and discussed in-depth.In this paper, based on the completer and profundity analysis of medium frequency parallel converter, with particular reference to induction heating applications, it is shown that the control strategy of the closed loop control parallel induction heating Power Supply and the starting issue for induction heating furnace. This article introduces the exciting condition of parallel inverter source and the principle of exciting circuit from external to internal bridge. A new exciting circuit of parallel inverter source i. e. external bridge self-excitation circuit at zero voltage is emphatically introduced. The application proved the flexibility and reliability of the system.
