Medium Frequency power inverter with the same common are using technology to transform energy electricity or batteries, a power user needs into a secondary power systems and devices, different power supply output voltage is only Medium Frequency. The definition of Medium Frequency, in different occasions, not the same, this article specifically refers to the sine wave output of 400Hz. the general is widely used in aerospace, ships, radar, petroleum, metallurgy, telecommunications switches and other areas. Therefore, the development of highly integrated, high energy density and high reliability of the static frequency of special power supply has been pursuing the goal, this goal is only to the modern power electronic devices and the advent of a new control theory have the potential to achieve.This paper, we study and design of the 400Hz frequency power supply system of the main circuit and control circuit. Variable Voltage Variable Frequency SPWM inverter is a core component of the frequency power supply. Current inner loop control scheme using dual-voltage outer loop control, the simulation shows that this control method can meet the design requirements. Double-loop feedback control theory clear, easy to implement, dynamic performance, simple design, the system could be eliminated steady-state error. and can take the load imbalance on a variety of main circuit topology is analyzed and compared the final selection of main circuit topology of three-phase inverter power supply modular, the hardware can be very good to meet the design requirements.This paper I use TI's DSP chip design TMS320LF2407A type, a frequency inverter, I realized the main circuit power supply digital control, and improved output voltage accuracy and stability. Control algorithm through software programming makes the system easy to upgrade, but also user-friendly according to their needs the flexibility to choose different control functions. Then according to the composition of intermediate frequency power and principle of the establishment of its MATLAB simulation model, in the model system by continuously adjusting the parameters of the various components and algorithm debugging. By connecting all parts of the system simulation model, the entire power system simulation and experimental waveforms are given the system, to verify the theoretical analysis and digital simulation is correct. Finally, the introduction of the intermediate frequency power system simulation software design and development process. The actual simulation and analysis, test results show that the simulation can be a true reflection of the power system dynamic and static performance, modeling is accurate.
