High frequency harmonic in electric power network can pollute the network, control high frequency harmonic is an important research problem in electrical system function. Detect and measure harmonic is needed to control harmonic. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is an effective method to detect harmonic. The paper mainly research some relevant problems of using SCM language to realize FFT algorithm.The paper analysis and sort each instance of sampling start time. Because "DGB-2 Type Fast Track Dynamic Power Factor Compensation Device" has detecting circuit of reaching zero, the paper first analysis the harmonic detecting of starting to sample at reaching zero time and realize the upper harmonic detecting. Second, to increase universal of the algorithm and then realize detecting under nonsynchronous condition, the paper deeply analysis each instance of start time value sampled in harmonic detecting and finally realize the harmonic detecting of anytime start sampling. Third, consider the yawp in the practical signal, the paper analysis some problems brought by the yawp such as reaching zero time is slur, the length of positive half period and negative half period is unequal and so on, realize harmonic detecting algorithm of anytime start sampling for the including yawp signal.At last in the paper, the emulational data and curve of using the algorithm to simulate on the ADu C812 emluator is given and the curve is explained and illuminated.
