Tapered roller bearing is typical bearing product for widely used .its market capacity is only second to ball bearing .it's widely used in such as engineering machine mining machine vehicales especially in light and cars. The vibration level of tapered roller bearing is a very important synthetic quality index of this kind of bearing this thesis researches the mechanism of this kind of bearing's vibration appearance especially the bearing in state of measuring vibration.with building and solving dynamic model . this includes analysing the affect between roller and inner(outer)ring with elastics mechanics theory of contact .building dynamic model and analysing of free vibration ,simplifying of dynamic model analysing of kinematics .analysing of gomestic deviation and building model ,analysing of forced vibration, preliminary analysing of nonlinear .solving and evaluating of unknown parameter with Montecarlo methode and experiment and so on .this builds a quantitative model for vibration analyse and evaluation and sum up some rules of this kind of bearing's vibration appearance through solving and analysing of some special example ,and builds a good foundation for the next work ,and proves the effectiveness of this model through the experiments...
