Mechanical seals has extensive been uses in modern industry .It has highly importance for the reliability of the mechanical seals .It is a efficacious method to verify their quality by tested.High-speed high-power mechanical seals testing machine is still black.In this paper ,firstly we discussed the mechanism of mechanical seals and analysis the force in it. Then based on this, we design a suitable electro-spindle.A electro-spindle is the core component of a high-speed machine. While working ,it endures working loads and must behave perfect stability to meet the need of high-speed . We researched the design and machining and process and assembly of a electro-spindle in details.We used CAD technology to developing electro-spindle. We performed the parametric design of the the representative components by using DCL and Autolisp language of the electro-spindle. The solid model is developed of the electro-spindle, too. Three-dimension dynamic performancing was put into execution for guiding manufacture.
