[Abstract]:Roller compact asphalt concrete core technology is a new waterproofing structure, which asphalt and rock with different size-grad distribution was mixed, heated, and then homogeneous stuff was made. Waterproofing structure was completed after the mixture rolled by mechanical equipments. It is the reason and basis of this technology been used widely that asphalt concrete mixture after heated and mixture has good waterproof performance.Asphalt concrete waterproof core technology mainly include asphalt concrete face slab for water retaining, asphalt concrete core and waterproof slab of bank revetment etc.The thesis is based on the practice of asphalt concrete core mechanical construction for Nierji water complex, the thesis discussed many details of this technology, including layout of asphalt concrete core and structure size, raw material selection, mixing proportion, lab mixing proportion tests, field mixing proportion tests and economic benefit analysis of construction and construction quality control. I hope the thesis would be a useful reference for engineers in northeast of china in asphalt concrete waterproof technology.Roller compact asphalt concrete core of host dam in Nierji water complex has some special characteristics comparing with domestic constructed engineering, such as a large engineering scale, long axis of host dam (full size, 1676.31m, roller asphalt concrete core, 1450.43m, core thickness is about 0.7~0.5m, max dam height is 41.5m, length of dam tip is 8m), high latitude of work position, atrocious weather, high construction intension etc. this requires higher level in construction quality, construction schedule, cost control etc.With the construction technology development and asphalt concrete construction technology perfect, merits of asphalt concrete waterproof technology are realized by more and more engineer. At present asphalt concrete material has following characteristics, such as good waterproof performance, anti-eroding endurance, no pollution to water, so it is a new perfect waterproof material in hydrology engineering. Asphalt concrete waterproof structure have many characteristics, such as good anti-seismic performance, cracks self recoverable, little engineering scale, fast construction and safe guarantee. Comparing with similar dam type with the same dam type, asphalt concrete core has less engineering invest, and economic benefit is remarkable.The thesis has following characteristics:The thesis is based on the practice of asphalt concrete core mechanical construction for Nierji water complex, in order to complete the thesis, I go to Maopingxi defense dam engineering of Three-gorge complex to study and review the technology;In order to make the thesis more useful for referring, in the writing the thesis, SD220-87《Construction Code of Asphalt Impervious Core for Roller Compact Earth Dam》is the main reference.The construction of roller asphalt concrete dam core in Neirji earth rockfill dam is the subject of thesis, construction and quality control of construction process is fully introduced at detail;The thesis discussed and analyzed some key technologies pf Neirji dam core engineering, such as raw selection methods, design of mixing proportion and quality control of construction;Economic analysis is included in the thesis, to do my best to advance the technology development and more wide application.First difficult problems of asphalt concrete technology are selection proper mixing proportion of construction. Mixing proportion selection is directly related with the investment and quality of engineering. After preparation of raw material, it is important to select proper mixing proportion by lots of lab and field tests. So the quality of asphalt concrete engineering can be controlled from source. Second difficult problems of asphalt concrete technology are quality control of core guss process.
