This article gives a brief illustration on the real-time monitoring analytical system of power plant from the original demands to the final implementation, lays particular emphasis on the explanation of designing and development process and displays an important analysis on the difficulties countered during the research. This article mainly includes data analysis, case analysis, structure selection, database design, data monitoring design, data browsing design, definition and trigger of information, dynamic loading of algorithm analysis.Based upon users' basic demands and with gradual expansion of data analysis and case analysis, the functional demand and the system border are finally defined. Depending on structure selection, systematic frame and operation mechanism are confirmed. But it is difficult of system design to realize real-time data memory. Combining relational database and data documents can not only meet the demands of users on the efficiency of data retrieval but also guarantee the real-time memory of mass data. The content related to data monitoring design and data browsing design illustrate the structure, implementation and modulation of system on module (SOM). Finally, the article demonstrates the mechanism and techniques of the system with examples via definition and trigger of information and dynamic loading of algorithm analysis.As for an applied system, holistic analysis and SOM design are very significant. Gradual developing in accordance with the pre-determined steps can avoid much trouble, however, the process of analysis and design are usually ignored by most people because the so-called effect cannot be seen imediately. As a result, to remedy the system loopholes that are attributed to the regardless of the analysis and design would cost a lot. Therefore, this article illustrates demand analysis and system design with much coverage.The text is divided into five parts altogether. As to the introduction part, the application background , project meaning , goal of this text are specified in detail. It is pointed out that this system is an important composition of the information system for the power plant , which could offer the prompt , accurate data for management and administration to make policy.According to the time clues , begin from the users' basic demand ,then, analyze progressively in the demand analysis part . The key data content of this system operation is defied by the data analysis .The basic thought which numerous data needed to be transmitted and stored has put forward. Use-case analysis excavates the user's further needs , it also summarize that the role who participate in the Use-case is unnecessary the person at the same time. All the things or medium relating to system may become the roles of it. the key point is that it could make the systematic border clear through the role's discovery or defining, clarify the demand; To some extent, Use-case studies as a way of analysis more or less embody analysts' personal view. This is not a matter of correct and wrong, but reasonable Use-case analysis will reach the same goal by different ways. The relations between roles and Use-case can be explained as acting and receiving. As a result, using of V.O. (Verb Object) phases can give a more accurate illustration.In the system design , describe from the frame , database structure in an all-round way. Combining with the systematic function , the developing platform and essential network environment ,confirm to adopts J2EE of JAVA to build up the implementation system. Use the way in which the relevant database combines with discrete data file to solve the problem of numerous datum storage ,then, provide the concrete structure.Latter ,the application design , regard the systematic dataflow as the clue , devise the static structure and the interaction .
