The Research And Realization Of The Black Start In The Jilin Electricity Network With The Xiaoshan Hydropower Unit 1 And 2

With the rapid development of scientific technology, people become more and more dependent of electricity. Electricity network refer to the infrastructure of public safety and public interests. If electricity network large-scale power out happens, it will bring huge losses. in recent years the U.S Blackout, Canada blackout , Moscow blackout, Japan blackout, Europe and other areas'blackouts occur frequently, it has brought a great impact on the social and economic development. How to ensure that the electricity is rapid restored after powering out has become the prevailing topic recently. Electricity network black start means that all power system blackouts at all "black" state, adoption of a self-starting capability generator start, driving non-self-starting of units until the full restoration of the electricity system. Part of the hydropower unit has automatically ability in the power network. The hydropower unit as a quick restoration protection to the power network after a large-scale blackout occurred in the practical application.The paper according to Hill Station for Unit 1 and 2 in Jilin electricity network's geographical location,power characteristics,equipment status and the actual function ,calculating and analyzing the parameters and depth of electricity network and electrical units. By calculating, there is no incentive phenomenon when little Jiang Line and the Sanjiang Line electrified by the small hill. On the other hand, by actual testing and analyzing to Hill Station's excitation system, speed control system and power that unit one and unit 2 powers have black start capability.This paper also proposes a turbine group in black start the process should be achieved to address some practical issues, and black activate contingency plans should be formed. It has a high reference and promotion value in the actual application.
