The force and acting time of the initiating explosive piston actuators are important data in their design and inspection. In this paper, data measurement system include the test equipment is developed. By using modern test technology based on computer, the dynamic force measurement of the initiating explosive piston actuators is realized in condition of simulated load.The principle and characteristics of initiating explosive devices are analyzed. The theoretic output data are calculated, and whole project of four grade testing equipment such as A,B,C and D is brought out correspond to different load. The proper sensors are chosen, and high-speed sampling and data transporting system controlled by single-chip is set up. Through using Borland Delphi 4.0, the host computer software is developed to accomplished the data' display, disposal and storage and so on.The data disposal in host computer is explained in detail. The dynamic calibration project is established by taking standard half-sine hammer knocking sign as actuation. The amplitude-frequency characteristic and resonance frequency of testing system are obtained based on FFT of actuation and outputting data. Model parameters are distinguished by the method of least square, and then transfer function of test system is worked out. Finally the dynamic compensation digital filter by re-disposing zero-pole points is designed, which evidently widens the measurement system's work bandwidth and efficiently realizes compensation of result data.
