Today, the cars' increasing popularity and high-speed, prompt professionals to pay more attention to the dynamic balancing technologies for wheel hub, the important component of the motor vehicles. A high-precision, high-stability dynamic balancing machines cooperating with-high efficiency and scientific dynamic balance measurement method, can significantly improve measurement precision and stability, and thus improve the whole vehicle performance.First, this paper introduces three traditional dynamic balance measurement methods, expounds the influence coefficient method congenital superiority; Then illustrates the four traditional kind of calibration method and eccentric compensation methods based on the influence coefficient method, and implemented by VC++.Through the experiments, the system finally chooses the least square method, and multiple machined-positioning of the eccentric compensation methods, to improve the dynamic balance measuring precision and stability.This paper mainly content and work is as follows:1, Introduce the basic concept of the double equivalence based on the rigid rotor system.2, Introduces the three typical dynamic balance measurement methods. According to the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, stated the advantages of the influence coefficient method.3, Analyzes some calibration methods based on influence Coefficient, including once for all calibration method, real influence coefficient method, vector influence coefficient method, and multi-linear regression method. Mainly research the least square method and parameters optimized choose superior method vector based on influence coefficient method to improve the measurement accuracy.4, Through analyzing the characteristics of traditional eccentric compensation, propose several methods to improve the accuracy of eccentric compensation, mainly research multiple-mechanical positioning eccentric compensation method.5, Based on the analysis and the experiment data, this system finally selects the least square and the parameters optimized as calibration method, the multiple-mechanical positioning as eccentric compensation. All the selected methods are achieved by VC++in the end.
