Explosive is loaded with explosive device, produced by the external stimulus energy combustion or explosion, set off to do mechanical work to ignite or produce special effects of the disposable components and devices in general. With the development of military weapons and space, the number of initiating explosive device on a single product is also increasing. Therefore, the reliability of initiating explosive device, the corresponding power supply circuits and sequential instructions(pulse sequence) is very important. In order to insure the veracity and the reliability of trigger signal, the fire load must be simulated as fast as possible at the phase of system test.However, the traditional initiating explosive device detection can only test whether the power supply circuit is normal. It cannot test the pulse sequence. In order to solve the situation, this paper designed a kind of sequential measurement device based on FPGA. This system based on PC104 use EP3C25F256I7 N FPGA and its peripheral circuits to achieve timing measurement of initiating explosive device.This system mainly includes the sequential processing module, the PC104 bus host system, optical isolation module, digital input and output. It also includes keyboard, indicator light and display and so on. The system is used to mainly to complete timing signal preprocessing and sequential detection, human-computer interaction, etc. System adopts modular design method. The 150 road is divided into 5 groups, and five sequential measurement modules are used to complete the pretreatment and sequential detection of the high pressure temporal respectively. PC104 bus host read each sequential module of measurement results. After the completion of self-inspection or testing, PC104 bus host control the light on the front panel display to display whether the self-checking and test results is normal through light isolation digital input/output module. The function of the keyboard is used to implement the operator control command input; Display is used for displaying the working process of the system and the test results to realize the human-computer interaction function.By the various modules debugging and testing, test results show that the circuit and software display system designed can normally work and basically meet the design requirements.
