The problem of "power oscillation" occurred in reactive and voltage controlling by switching compensating capacitors or adjusting tap joint is not solved well all along, to this problem, by studying the traditional adjusting method of compensating capacitors or tap joint, the real-time control method of reactive and voltage in substation based on load forecast in proposed. By mastering the change and fluctuation of load, the adjusting method of reactive and voltage can fully utilize the overload capacity of the transformer, and reduce the adjusting times of the compensating capacitors on the premise of the qualified voltage and power factor, thus improving the stability of power system.The main contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:â‘  To the current situation of controlling method for reactive and voltage in substation, the real-time controlling method of reactive and voltage in substation based on load forecast in proposed, which can enhance the controlling performance of reactive and voltage in substation, prolong the life of the tap joint and the circuit breaker of the compensating capacitors.â‘¡ To realizing the integrated voltage adjusting method in substation based on the load forecast, several load forecast method are analyzed, according to the characteristic of the load in electrical power network, the load forecast method based on ULR,ES and ANN is adopted. In order to improve the precision of load forecast, the dispose of fault information and the adaptive function of model are discussed, etc. By analyzing the example, it indicated the integrate load forecast method can meet the demands of real-time control.â‘¢ Getting the real time analog data through the SCADA interface is put forward, and the voltage adjusting by load forecast is proposed. â‘£ The real time controlling scheme of compensating capacitors and tap joint of transformer is established, the systematic block diagram is provided, and the hardware based on this method is realized. Operation results indicate this integrated voltage adjusting method can raise the power factor and voltage qualification rate, reduce wastage of power network, reduce the operating times of compensating capacitors and tap joint, improve the life of the power equipment.
