In the control of industry process, we can't get the exact model of controlled object or the model will change with the external disturbing, so we can't get satisfying control effect with the conventional control method. The appearance and development of intelligent control technology provide the effective approach for solving this kind of problem. The fuzzy control technology that is applied in practice broadly got the broad attention and quick development because of its simplicity and agility in modification. The control objects in air-condition system are almost pyrology object, and they are easily disturbed, affected by several environments and the pertinence of temperature and humidity. The conventional control method can't get excellent control effect. However the fuzzy logic control technology is used in air-condition control system because it needn't the exact model, is based the expert's experience and have strong robust. It has gotten the fruitful effect. This paper discussed the central air-condition monitor control system in Sanming hospital and finished the different simulations using different fuzzy control technologies. Then one of two methods was chosen to use in the project and the good effect was achieved at last. The main contents of the research in this paper are as follows:A survey of the origin and the development status of fuzzy control theory is summarized. An introduction of the characters and the application of control theory in air-condition control system.An introduction of fuzzy logic, the basic principle of fuzzy control and the construction of conventional fuzzy controller. An expatiation of the design about the conventional fuzzy controller.An introduction of the construction and characters of fuzzy controller whose rules can be modified. Some common fuzzy PID controllers are introduced and analyzed. A mixed parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controllers is proposed and the methods of design for several parts are given.The analyses of mathematic model and dynamic characters of air-condition control system. The simulations using rule-adjust fuzzy control and mixed parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control are compared with a common PID control. The results show that the fuzzy control methods have stronger robust and adaptive ability. An introduction of software and hardware constitution and design of air-condition monitor and control system. A mixed parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control arithmetic is used in the project. The anticipative effect is achieved.
