A Study Of Vibration Isolation Performance On Powertrain Mount System Of Car

The isolation characteristics of PMS (powertrain mount system) are studied for the car in this thesis. The following subjects are studied.1. In this thesis, based on a lot of references about PMS , the history of vehicle PMS is illustrated systematically. Powertrain mounts are classified scientifically, and the trend of the late development is described.2. The theory and method of the basic requirements and the fundamental design rules about isolation elements-mounts and PMS are measured.3. This paper uses the ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical System) software to set up a dynamic model of PMS consisting of 6DOF by a mathematical model.4. In this thesis, the motion of the PMS gravitational center and dynamic reactive force of the mounts are simulated, and optimum design of PMS is made ; the natural characteristics and the performance of vibration isolation are discussed for PMS.5. The basic parameters of PMS of the national passenger SQR7160 car are measured practically. The experiments of vibration isolation are made in different states of full vehicle, and the results of the test are studied.
