To meet the increasingly strict emission regulations and the always existent request for reducing the consumption of fuel, electronic control high pressure common rail fuel injection system has already become a feasible key technology, which can be used to fulfill high-pressure injection and comprehensive flexible control of the injection pressure, the injection quantity, the injection timing and the injection rate. It presents the evolution direction of fuel injection system for diesel. From many references to related literature, this paper analyzed the structure features and the principle of the representative electronic control high pressure common rail fuel injection systems and its injectors, then briefly introduced the whole structure and the functional parts of the system which our research team designed from above systems. The design and the finite element analysis (FEA) of the integral injector was main parts of this paper. To get ⊿ fuel injection rate and the pressure of 150Mpa of common rail, important parameters of the injector were carried out through analysis and calculating. The results of FEA were conducted based on the precise 3D models and the boundary conditions. To get the fuel pressure of clearance between control piston and injector the modified Reynolds equation was applied. The statics contact analysis on the assembly parts of injector body, control piston, guiding body, control valve seat, etc. of the integral injector was performed. Based on the results, the structure was ameliorated to improve the uniformity of clearance between the injector body and the control piston. The assembly stiffness and intensity was increased。...
