This thesis is concerned with simulated marketing operation management system.This thesis firstly introduced electric power marketing and its concept, analyzed the actuality of electric power marketing and the necessity of establishing second-grade simulated marketing.Work mechanism of power market can promote every market member to bargain power electricity quantity actively. Therefore, electricity net work mechanism must be constantly strengthened to perfect some functions, such as electricity quantity, electricity fee settlement, market work economy analyze and information issuance system, and must be gradually towards to perfect power market work transition. In order to ensure electricity net to work safely and steadily, to expedite course of power enterprise entering to market,to promote management of power supplying and using by economic means, to implement computer on-line check of net power supplying and using charge curve about power supplying and using branch, and to count and forecast the used electricity quantity of bureau, the paper propose simulating market work management system which mainly include data gathering, processing, statistic and memory and so on.Simulating market work management system consists of SMART2000 series date gathering and processing soft and simulating market work management soft. The functions of these two software have been explained detailed in the paper, and communication protocol has been introduced in the paper. The system holds better function, flexible configure, favorable man and computer interface, and may be easily upgraded to gear to real time power price applying system in the future.Studying the problem of electric system load forecasting, the author uses BP neural network in it. During the course of network studying, genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the network's primal weight and threshold value, and obtains preferable forecasting purpose.
