This paper combine modularization procedure design method and object -oriented procedure design method, and adopts the new method of designing to work out the power consumption marketing Management Information System, based on the MIS tool platform.The MIS meet the needs of the marketing business characteristic of power consumption marketing, and have lots of function, installation, management, computation , for example. This have realized commonality and flexibility of power consumption marketing MIS software. Finally, on the system platform of Windows2000 regard Microsoft SQL Server as the database server, by object -oriented, visual developing software VB, and the whole systems software of module debug finally.Based on the study of AN' KANG Power Supply Bureau' s power consumption marketing MIS, This paper have completed discussion of the power consumption marketing MIS .
