According to the power marketing mode and conditions of Baoding Power Supply Company, the thesis has proposed designing methods of power marketing MIS for the company, by concluding main business processes based on power demand analysis. According to the power demand analysis result, it put forward the target function module for system design, and develops the power marketing system software in C/S mode. The system development mode, function module, database design scheme, universal code design scheme, system reliability and system web scheme are also discussed. The system is able to ensure the data consistency and integrity, and has more advantages in operability, maintainability and expansibility. It has been operating well in Baoding Power Supply Company and brought expected economic benefits.
