The electricity industry is among one of the most significant parts of energy industries in our country. The strategic decision-making of management in electric company is fully depended on thorough understanding of whole process of operation in company. With the deepening mechanism reform of electricity industry and fierce competition from outside uncertainties, requirement of managerial expertise and decision-making capabilities upon domestic electricity company leaders has become increasingly essential, meanwhile it requires more accurate, massive and timely information. Therefore, a comprehensive and unified info system that can operate on different platform and transfer real-time data has pointed the direction of this industry.With relentless efforts, Chi Zhou Electricity-Supply Company has made remarkable achievements in terms of setting up several systems such as production management information system, HR system, scheduling system, power marketing management system, OA and energy-consumption calculating system. By doing so, various businesses and managerial expertise of Chi Zhou Electricity-Supply Company has been improved by a big margin. However, the current problem is these systems usually based on different platform which lead to the lack of data exchange and even formed an "isolated info island". Decision-maker of an electricity company has only got very limited resources when the info flow couldn't be fully organized and sorted for effective use. Against backdrop of this, recent years has witnessed the increasing appeals of "Info Integration" in electricity industry.In the spirit of "To retain the existing resource for sharing common data info", we have made an intensive investigation on status quo of management and trend of electricity industries and also resort to the accumulated managerial expertise and successful large-scale software development experience by supply vendor. Eventually we have established a comprehensive platform which finds access to integrate the all aspects of electricity business.This paper briefly introduced the entire process of development of this platform as to provide sufficient experience for relevant project from specifying customer need, software module designing, development environment selecting to the application of this project.
