This paper adopts mature software engineering method, combine modularization procedure design method and object -oriented procedure design method, and adopts the new method of designing to work out the power consumption marketing Management Information System software.This paper analyses modularization procedure design method and object -oriented method design MIS advantages and disadvantages , and necessity and possibility those methods combined , according to the marketing business characteristic of power consumption marketing , the methods of designing abandons traditional MIS development mode completely, operation set up and deal with dynamically without encapsulation code, have realized commonality and flexibility of power consumption marketing MIS software. Finally, on the system platform of Windows2000 regard Microsoft SQL Server 7. 0 as the database server, by object -oriented, visual developing software Visual C++6. 0, Visual Foxpro 6.0 and finish systems software every function code and the whole systems software of module debug finally. It proved that, this development approach is rational, reduced development costs and improving efficiency of developing, totally meet the demand of the department.Based on the study of ANKANG Power Supply Bureau' s power consumption marketing MIS, This paper h completed discussion of the power consumption marketing MIS .
