The Dispatcher of Baotou Power Supply Bureau directs the operation of Power Supply and treats with the accidents,organizes the power cut and repair,implements the plan of Power Supply,performs the management of voltage,safes keeping economy running,etc. the technology and measure it owns can't accommodate the development of Power system.By the entirely investigate in the Dispatcher Station so that we get the system requirements of the Dispatcher Station sufficiently,this paper process the module exploiture and design from three ways:Day-Dispatcher Management;Load Management;Decrease Load in Lower Weeks.The tool for develop is PowerBuilder 8.0,the OS of Sever is AIX,and the Network Database is ORACIE 9i.The Software we develop is satisfied to the needs of Dispatcher Management.Also it has benign interfaces and convenient tools for second-develop,which should make the software extends, intensive and consummate.In addition it has better compatibility in the Import/Export so that can process the conversion among a lot of data format.
