The thesis analysis the actuality and the problem of dual in dual out mill' s control system in 600MW unit, and expounds the problem of the 600MW unit' s mill in Liao-Cheng Power Plant, such as logic design,logic configration, reliability of field device, fault of control circuit. The thesis analysis and researches the problem. To ensure steady and safty operation the unit, we improved the mill' s control logic in DCS,field devices, and hope to be used for reference to similar engineering.
