Steel ball mill has been widely applied in thermal power plant, but energy consumption is high, its electricity highly amounts to about20%of the auxiliary power. Steel ball coal grinding machine is a time-delay, nonlinearity and uncertainty of disturbance multivariable objects. The conventional PID control is difficult to achieve automatic control, even if part automatic is input, and to guarantee the coal grinding machine in the best working condition. Therefore, study of advanced suitable control methods for ball mill coal pulverizing system has great significance.In this paper, first of all, this paper expounds the topic significance of the Pulverizing system, as well as developmental direction and the investigative situation of both the domestic and foreign. For the time-delay system we put forward some advanced optimization control methods, such as predictive control and fuzzy control, the optimal control, neural network control, and so on. Second, it introduces the object characteristics and working principle of coal pulverizing system, the factors and difficulties which influence the best operation condition are also analyzed. Due to coal pulverizing system is a more variables, big time-delay, nonlinear controlled object, so we put forward to a decoupling control system method. Again, for the controlled object in a power plant we take a new control method based on PID of internal model, and gets a better control through the simulation test. In chapter5, it expounds the hardware and software of GuoDianZhiShen EDPF-NT+system, which takes the control structure of distributed control system (DCS). This system has strong logic compiler function, the pictures process, using the convenience simply, maintenance cycle long. By simulation test proves the effectiveness of its design decision.Finally, summarize the content of the work, and put forward requirements and improve of the steel ball mill system powder system on optimization control proposed and at last make a subsequent prospect.
