| This thesis is a research on the design of exterior space environment of hospital buildings. The exterior space environment of hospital buildings is always used for the treatment and recovery in history. With the technical development in drugs of 20 centuries, the exterior space as a medical element disappears gradually. With the increasing of complement therapy and optional therapy, the modern medical science begin to emphasize the overall treatment to people, mentality, body and spirit, and is not merely alleviate the symptom, the method that the exterior space is used for the treatment is paid attention to again by people.Currently the hospital buildings is experiencing the huge changes and extensions in our country, its feature gets a good improvement, but the recognition and research on exterior space environment as treatment is still not enough. Therefore, this thesis researches the design of exterior space environment of hospital buildings from people's behavior mentality in it, and investigates the method and the path of design. This thesis has six parts. Part one expatiates the background, the situation, the range, the meaning, the frame and the method of the research. Part two gets the particularity which the exterior space of hospital buildings should have, based on the characteristic of people's behavior mentality in it, and makes certain the principle of design. Part three analyses the construction of exterior space environment, including space limits, space scale, planting and circumstance setting, based on the need of people in hospital buildings. Part four researches the address choosing, layout style, space organization based on the element of space construction, analyses and explains the typical space mode. Part five supplements the design method of the exterior space environment of hospital buildings, and puts forward the relevant design suggestion. Part six summarizes the whole paper as an epilogue, appraises the method of design based on the research on this thesis, and puts forward the direction in the later research. |
