Research On Architectural Function Space Design Of Contemporary Isolation Hospital

Under the rapid development and reformation of the medical service in China,the hospital buildings have also been adjusted and updated.At the same time,the particularity of the infectious diseases treatment also puts forward some requirements to the isolation hospitals which are distinguished from the space design of the general hospital buildings.In addition,the improvement of medical quality and humanistic requirements makes the modern isolation hospital present a new characteristic that is different from the previous ones.To sum up the reasons,it is very important to study the new ideas and new strategies of the architectural function space design for the contemporary isolation hospital.This paper starts from architectural function to collect and summarize the function requirements of isolation hospitals and the influencing factors of them.Then through the introduction and analysis of the concrete practice of Shenzhen No.3 People Isolation Hospital,it illustrates the functional design strategies of the contemporary isolation hospital from the two aspects of theory and practice,so as to realize the research of contemporary isolation hospital all hand.With the line of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving them,the writing of this paper is divided into four chapters:The introduction part.This paper mainly expounds the source,the background,the significance and the purpose of the research,summarizes the research status of isolation hospital,buildings at home and abroad,and then explain the research tendency and emphasis of this subject.The second chapter analyzes the research object.On the current situation of isolation hospital,in this paper,it shows the features of the contemporary isolation hospital from the space,the streamline and the environment.Then it illustrates the influencing factors of contemporary isolation hospital design,which are the building function demand,the environmental factors and policy control factors.After that,this chapter in made up of the content of the basic principles of the contemporary isolation hospitals` functional design.The third chapter gives the design strategies.According to the functional requirements and design principles of contemporary isolation hospitals,the basic strategies for building functional design are explained from three aspects of their spatial layout,streamline organization and environment creation.The space layout mainly shows the density control,the developing plan of the hospital,proposes the variable space design strategies for seasonal infectious diseases and the flexible using strategies for the combination of peacetime and wartime.In terms of streamline,it focuses on infection control in hospitals;based on different streamline carriers,it puts forward some main strategies,such as the safe and independent medical staff`s streamline,efficient and easy-identificated patient`s streamline,single-directional and easy-controlled goods` line,strict-organized indoor gas line.From the view of environmental construction,the two most important groups in isolation hospitals are concerned;the strategies focus on the happiness of medical staff and the psychological feelings of patients.The fourth chapter is the verification of practical results.Taking the practice of architectural design project of Shenzhen No.3 People Isolation Hospital as an example,the architectural design concepts and principles of contemporary isolation hospitals,and the functional design strategies to meet the needs are explained in detail.
