Aiming at the disadvantages and drawbacks of the traditional Manufacturing Excution System in common currency and reconfiguration,taking the mass discrete manufacturing enterprise as the background,a Integratable Manufacturing Excution System(I-MES) that is open,integratable and dynamic is established based on J2EE technologies. The control architecture of the I-MES and ERP system and control system is proposed in this thesis.MES could be integrated with ERP system and control system under the integration mechanism.Meanwhile XML technology in the application of system reconfiguration is discussed in the thesis. The thesis attach an importance to the techinique of the unification about superstratum design and understratum design.I-MES's generic framework are put forward in superstratum design based on J2EE technologies.In this framework,I referenced a lot of design patterns and completely considered extensibility and reusability of system.The application of framework gain a end of identical software structure,thus the I-MES's software have the ability of reuse and reconstruction in analysis,design and code level.In the end,a software architecture of the I-MES based on J2EE is provided.Then an application is constructed by invoking of related components under the software architecture.Following rational union process in understratum design,the modeling process is described in detail by using UML.The components are partitioned in moderate granularity.At last the prototype system is developed and the application performance is optimized.
