With the arrival of information age,information technology has had a more and more great effect on the human society.The enterprise will accelerate entering the network era of information irresistibility. It is very significant for electric power enterprise to construct information system with own characteristic, auto production and modern management.The system will be able to make enterprise apply information technology to engage in technology and administrative management,reduce the cost of production and plan the construction power networks appropriately. And this will improve competency of enterprise.For electric power enterprise,examining and repairing power device during a power cut affects the reliability of power supply.And it is also the base of the whole work on power overhaul.Therefore,arranging a scientific and appropriate schedule to overhaul power is one of the most important tasks in order to guarantee the reliability of power supply,eliminate the hidden trouble of the accidents and improve safety.How to make the best of the modern digital information technology methods to enforce the information management of the schedule to overhaul power and share the information between the electric power enterprise and its all subsidiary companies is a research program,which is very novel and worth researching. Introducing the most advanced computer application technologies to the electric power enterprise is to offer a more efficient alter mode to the traditional pure handmade management.This paper mostly discusses the research and implementation of Struts+EJB Session Bean+EJB CMP/DAO technology in the Power Cut Plan Management Information System for Electric Power Enterprise.J2EE platform is a large, widely accepted, Object-Oriented web application platform provided by Sun.It takes advantage of many features,such as "Write Once, Run Anywhere" portability, distributed processing,transaction processing. Struts is an excellent application framework base MVC Model. It separates business logic from view,and this make web layer managed and extended more easily. EJB component is the core of J2EE platform,as a component-based technology implementing business logic,it is extensible,transactional and secure. EJB design patterns are a library of collective knowledge and design experiences,which is used over and over again, cataloged.Learing to make use of proven EJB design patterns can improve performance of application greatly.In the development of Power Cut Plan Management Information System, Struts framework,EJB components and EJB design patterns are integrated into application.Compared with old systems, the integrated application of these preceding technologies has a great advantage.lt will not only reduce development complexity effectively and improve development efficiency,but also make the system cross-platform,more flexible,reusable,extensible,secure and maintainable.The Power Cut Plan Management Information System for Electric Power Enterprise is the enterprise information-based platform,it can not only meet the paperless office,but also provide a set of perfect management patterns for arranging the power cut plan.And this will improve the efficiency of the work force. It brings revolutionary significance to the conventional enterprises like electric power enterprise.
