In this paper limestone, gypsum, fluorite and industrial refuse gangue are used as raw materials to trial-produce jet cement clinker including mineral phases of C3S, C2S, C11A7·CaF2, C4A3Sand C4AF. The trial is done with a shaft kiln with the specification of h1050mm×ф300mm and height diameter ratio of 3.5. The jet cement is mainly used in shotcrete engineering. By comparing with the compressive strength of shotcrete which is made from aggregate of different water ratio we can determine that the range of water ratio of aggregate should be not above 0.3%; By comparing with the compressive strength of shotcrete of different interval times between mixing on the ground and jet under the ground we can determine that the interval times has no influence on the loss of strength of shotcrete. The industrial experiments have showed that every propertiy of jet cement is better than that of ordinary cement and it can meet requirement of construction excellently. The jet cement is also used in cement stabilized road base course material. Jet cement is compared with ordinary cement through a series of properties. Comparing with ordinary cement the early compressive strength, early split strength, early anti-breaking strength, and early modulus of compression, early modulus of rupture of jet cement all increase remarkably,and the compressive strength of three days of jet cement can amount to the compressive strength of seven days of ordinary cement; Comparing with ordinary cement the humidity shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of jet cement all decrease remarkably; Comparing with ordinary cement the anti-fatigue performance and anti-erosion performance of jet cement all enhance notably. A new construction technology—pouring technology is put forward in this paper. In the construction of jet cement stabilized base course material the mixing technology of taking shape is replaced with pouring technology. After changing the construction technology we can avoid mixing the mixture, simplify the construction technology, and accelerate the speed of construction. After the application of pouring technology the compressive strength of three days of jet cement stabilized base course material is 2.1 MPa, and it's compressive strength of seven days is 3.2 MPa. The compressive strength amount to the strength requirement of existing criterion.
