Investigation And Protection Research Of The History-buildings In Baohe District Of Hefei City

BaoHe district in HeFei city is now in booming construction. At this time, we should not neglect the proper treatment and reuse of history-buildings, which affects city environment's context and the inheritance of history culture. In order to avoid the recurrence of pities in protection actions, the writer does further research and study focus on BaoHe district history-buildings.Firstly, the paper analyzes briefly the history materials, the gains and losses in HeFei city's construction. Secondly, aiming at the BaoHe district history-buildings, the paper does classify and divided them into five categories, such as ceremony buildings, culture buildings and so on. In each category, the paper does further discussions from the different angles like existed problems and architecture art. And then, linking with the concrete area of different history-buildings, the paper does SWOT analysis focus on the different lots.Combining with the experience of history-buildings' protection and reuse in other districts and countries, the paper does further study to important history-buildings and put forward the five principles of history-buildings' protection, then, analyzing related practice models aiming at these five principles. Finally, in the light of the divergences of BaoHe district history-buildings' styles and lots, the paper poses relevant protection tactics to the history-buildings' regeneration and reuse, and poses related protect suggestions to core buildings and coordinated areas.
